Please include
- Where you use PluMap (iOS app / web; device, OS, browser)
- Your username (the name starting with @)
- What happened, when, and on which screen
- Never send passwords or verification codes — we will never ask for them.
Common requests
- Delete your account: Settings → "Delete account", at any time.
- Export your data: Settings → "Export data" downloads JSON and .ics files.
- Disconnect Google Calendar: Settings → Calendars.
- Unwanted users or posts: use "Block" or "Report" from their profile or the post menu. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or other authorities.
- Stop usage counts: turn off "Share usage counts" in Settings → Privacy.
