Terms of Service

1. Who can use PluMap

You must be 13 or older. We ask you to confirm this when you create an account; people under 13 cannot create an account. Minors must have a parent or guardian's consent.

2. Your account

You create an account by signing in with Google, Apple or GitHub. You are responsible for your account and must not let others use it.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion erases your data immediately and cannot be undone.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to what you add — events, comments, READMEs, pull requests ("Content"). We use Content only as needed to run and improve the Service.

Pull requests and comments you send to someone else's calendar remain in their history, and anyone with a public link you create can view it.

4. What you must not do

• Track or monitor someone's whereabouts against their will, stalk or harass anyone
• Impersonate others or use someone else's account
• Send unwanted friend requests, pull requests or comments repeatedly
• Post illegal, discriminatory, violent or obscene content, or content that violates others' rights or privacy
• Access the Service without authorization, overload it, or get around rate limits or other safety measures
• Anything illegal or against public order, or that we reasonably consider inappropriate

5. Blocking, reporting and enforcement

You can block and report other users. We review reports and, if we find a violation of these Terms, may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or delete accounts without prior notice. If you disagree with a decision, contact support.

6. Third-party services

Google Calendar, maps and sign-in rely on third-party services whose own terms apply. If they stop or change, parts of the Service may stop working.

7. Accuracy

Locations are inferred automatically from your calendar and may be wrong. Unless the flight-status API is enabled, flight details come from a sample timetable and do not reflect real operations or delays. For travel and safety decisions, check official information from airlines and transport operators.

Guessed places (shown as "Probably …"), travel-time estimates (shown with "≈") and route or base suggestions are automatic guesses and can be wrong. Nothing is treated as confirmed until you confirm it. Do not rely on estimates alone for connections or departure times.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change or end the Service with notice. We may pause it without notice for urgent maintenance or incidents.

9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Service is free of defects. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service — unless Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other law makes us liable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We announce updates in the Service; using the Service after they take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our head office has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
